May you have a wonderful day with your love ones this Christmas and  I pray that you enter the new decade a ahead of us in a few days with optimism, hope and good mindset " as man thinketh in his heart so is he" Proverbs 23 My post is a wrap on everything this decade gave me and I simply say THANK YOU to everyone who have been following my page on and off or consistently as I share information about me. The new decade and I pry to the Living God Almighty that you have a productive, successful, rich and abundance over flow of great and mighty things and with all you gain, you return to others in return. always remember where you came from because you very well can end up there but in a worst state so, BE HUMBLE!!!! Blessed Christmas 2019, tomorrow on my island Antigua/Barbuda is another holiday Boxing Day so we have that privilege to relax our selves from a hectic Christmas Day of eating at house to house lol  TO BE AIRED IN NEW YORK FOLLOWED UP WITH QnA  AFTER MAR

It's Carnival here on my Caribbean island of Antigua/Barbuda and across some Caribbean islands and many will "loose their screws of focus and soberness" as the jam away their problems, hurts, work loads and just having fun in their own way  during the festivities. Some will be so happy to finally be able to show off their creative works of their sculpted bodies (achieved by doctors and naturally by the Almighty layers or none). Lol. However, in all of this, I am asking everyone please to have a preventative Safe Sex Carnival 2019 and beyond. After the few days of festivities, what remains with you is your body. Now,  the question is, will it be contaminated by unprotected sex because during these few days of frolic you had unprotected sex "at the moment " and now you thinking (if you actually remember) who you had that few hours with?  I join again with Antigua/Barbuda local nonprofit organization the AIDS Secretariat that we must prevent and also get te

Healthy Wealthy Peaceful Prosperous Gracious Victorious 2019 everyone!  Where do I begin? 🌞Team Antigua Island Girls  Elvira Bell, Christal Clashing, Samara Emmanuel, Kevinia Francis,  and  Junella King the first Caribbean all-female team, and the first all-Black female team to cross the Atlantic and the third team to represent Antigua/Barbuda on the seas at the annual " The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge". These ladies  begun December 2018.  I am so happy they not only represented my island Antigua/Barbuda but the entire Caribbean and all black women around the world that nothing is impossible and we a more than just dancers-skimpy dressers (labeled as female empowerment -_- ) and whores that many of other races refer to us as which is a shame.. .some women may behave  so but we have been broad  brush in a pejorative  way. Women of high esteem have been pushing the way forward positively  for years to our young upcoming school  girls and boys and the generation not
